Returns & Exchanges
60 Day Returns
We accept returns up to 60 days after receipt of goods - although some Terms and Conditions do apply.
UK returns
Our process is quick and easy - email hello@veloceclub.co.uk with your order number and we will send you the return address.
Please note any returned goods are still your responsibility until safely received by us - even if you use our return service (if applicable).
Orders under £100.
Please return by your chosen courier or postal service.
Returns information can be found on the website or on the packing slip.
Returns from Overseas
Please return by your chosen courier or postal service. You must return items via signed-for delivery.
What makes us happy
- Returned items well wrapped up and protected.
- Free gifts returned when the purchased item is returned.
- Returns form completed and enclosed.
What makes us sad
- Tags, labels removed and packaging not returned.
- Helmets not put back into their protective bag.
- Helmet boxes sent back outside of a second box with postage labels attached to helmet box.
- Returned items that have been used.
Returns for exchange
We encourage you to place another order for a different size/colour and this way we can get the item to you as quickly as possible.
Alternatively we will process the exchange upon receipt. In this instance you may be required to pay the shipping cost for the new item to be sent to you, for example where the item is less than £50 or you live overseas.
Returns for refund
We will happily refund your purchase, once we have received and checked the returned it. Refunds are issued to the same payment method that you paid with.
Postage refunds
As we provide free P&P if you wish to send your purchase back for an exchange or refund, you will need to cover the cost of return postage. We do not pay or refund postage except in instances where the product is damaged, we will cover the cost of the return - if you receive a damaged product please email hello@veloceclub.co.uk and we get the issue resolved immediately for you.
