Returns & Exchanges
60 Day Returns
We accept returns up to 60 days after receipt of goods - although some Terms and Conditions do apply.
UK returns
Our process is quick and easy - either start a return request via your account, or email hello@veloceclub.co.uk for return details.
Please note any returned goods are still your responsibility until safely received by us - even if you use our return service (if applicable).
Please return by your chosen courier or postal service, it is recommended that for orders over liability limited of the courier, you pay for any additional cover and/or pay for tracking.
Returns from Overseas
Please return by your chosen courier or postal service. You must return items via signed-for delivery.
What makes us happy
- Returned items well wrapped up and protected.
- Free gifts returned when the purchased item is returned.
- Returns form completed and enclosed.
What makes us sad
- Tags, labels removed and packaging not returned.
- All parts of the item not return i.e. protective bags, liners
- Helmets not put back into their protective bag.
- Helmet boxes sent back outside of a second box with postage labels attached to helmet box.
- Returned items that have been used.
Any items returned that make us sad may not be refunded or will incur a restock charge.
Returns for exchange
We encourage you to place another order for a different size/colour and this way we can get the item to you as quickly as possible.
Alternatively we will process the exchange upon receipt. In this instance you may be required to pay the shipping cost for the new item to be sent to you, for example where the item is less than £50 or you live overseas.
Please note if you exchange more than 1 item, we reserve the right to charge additional postage fees.
Returns for refund
We will happily refund your purchase, once we have received and checked the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the same payment method that you paid with. Please note we do not refund for postage.
Return postage / postage refunds
If you wish to send your purchase back for an exchange or refund, you will need to cover the cost of return postage.
We do not pay or refund postage except in instances where the product is damaged or defective, in which case we may cover the cost of the return (we reserve the right to decide if we will cover return postage or not) - if you receive a damaged product please email hello@veloceclub.co.uk
