Why do we need them?
So we send you appropriate information!
We stock products that are both male, female and unisex orientated; we'd hate to spam you with news and information on products that you wouldn't wear, so this helps us tailor our newsletter to your clothing preference.
To celebrate your birthday! Whilst we can't send you a birthday cake with candles on, we can instead you a little something to your email address. But don't worry this is not does not subscribe you to our general newsletter.

 

Your riding style, brand preferences & responses

So we send you appropriate information! If you're into Cafe Racers, but keep getting information on race suits, then that is not a great experience. By knowing your riding style and/or preference we can make sure that products relevant to your riding preference are sent to you.
What brands you like.
Motorcycle protection and apparel is a very specific to the individual rider. We want to make sure that we send you information on products from brands that we know you like.
Your responses. We want to run competitions and surveys (you never know you could be our next winner!) and we use this information to execute these. You can opt out at anytime.

 

Your payment details & information

 How we use this? Why do we need them?
To take payments and issue refunds. We don't store any of your payment details, so they can't be read by anyone. Payments are transacted through 3rd party payment providers (i.e. Stripe, PayPal) and your card and payment details are stored by them. We can only issue refunds to payment platform used to make the original purchase.
Fraud prevention.
To prevent and detect fraud against either you or Veloce Club.

We want to make sure that our customer service is number one. We want to know were the issues are so that we can proactively put in place solutions so that your experience is the best possible experience can be with the Veloce Club.

With your permission, we’ll send you marketing messages by email or mail, to keep you in the loop on what we're up to and help you find out about our latest and greatest products. You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time.

Once you do this, we will update your profile to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages.
