Built with micro carbon-fibre heating panels across the seat, thighs, and lower legs, this mid-layer provides consistent, focused heat to keep your lower body comfortable on every ride. The addition of Merlin’s Heat Reflection System - a thin film integrated into the inner shell - traps and reflects body warmth back in, reducing heat loss and boosting efficiency.

Power options are designed for flexibility:

• Connect directly to your bike’s 12v battery (cable included)
• Or use the optional 6,000mAh rechargeable battery pack (sold separately) for warmth beyond the bike 

With three adjustable heat settings managed through the Merlin power unit, you’re always in control of your comfort. Riders can also link the trousers with the matching Thermavolt Heated Midlayer Jacket (sold separately) using the supplied Y-connector cable for complete upper and lower body coverage.
