Pike Brothers 1908 Hacienda Baltic Blue

The Pike Brothers 1908 Hazienda Shirt in Baltic Blue takes inspiration from traditional work shirts worn around the turn of the 20th century. As working life moved from traditional craftsmanship towards early industrialisation, clothing needed to be durable, comfortable, and practical enough to withstand demanding everyday use.

Developed in collaboration with Heine Min Jung, the 1908 Hazienda Shirt recreates the distinctive styling of this period with a half-button front, comfortable cut, and carefully considered heritage details.

Turn-of-the-Century Workwear Details

Made from sturdy 100% cotton with a substantial weight of 260 g/m², the Hazienda Shirt has a robust feel while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Its relaxed fit provides plenty of freedom of movement, reflecting the practical requirements of early workwear.

A small stand-up collar and traditional half-button placket give the shirt its distinctive period appearance. On the chest, a small pocket is specifically inspired by those originally designed to carry a pocket watch.

An additional buttonhole on the placket provides another authentic historical detail, recreating the method once used to secure a pocket watch and its chain while working.

Finished in Baltic Blue and made in Portugal, the Pike Brothers 1908 Hazienda Shirt combines substantial cotton fabric, practical turn-of-the-century styling, and authentic workwear detailing in a distinctive heritage shirt.
