Scaphoid injuries are the most common hand injuries resulting from the "grab effect" when the palm impacts the ground. To address this, Knox developed and patented the Scaphoid Protection System (SPS), offering riders an innovative solution to prevent scaphoid injuries caused by compression fractures or hyperextension.

The Micro-Lock Knox SPS features a smart design with two components attached to the palm of the glove, forming a protective bridge over the scaphoid. These plastic sliders effectively eliminate the grab effect, reducing the risk of injury. Scaphoid injuries are not only notoriously painful but also slow to heal, making this system invaluable.
