Merlin Codsall Baffle Riding Jacket

Bring everyday style to colder rides with the Merlin Codsall Baffle Riding Jacket, a warm and protective motorcycle jacket that combines the look of casual outerwear with road-ready performance.

Constructed from a durable 300gsm polyester-cotton outer with a DWR (Durable Water Repellency) finish, the Codsall is designed to provide protection from changing weather conditions. An 800 synthetic power fill through the square-baffled torso delivers high levels of insulation, while a lighter 600 synthetic power fill in the sleeves provides warmth with greater freedom of movement.

Despite its casual baffle jacket styling, the Codsall achieves CE AA certification and comes fitted with D3O Ghost shoulder and elbow armour for lightweight impact protection. A dedicated rear pocket also allows you to add a D3O Viper or D3O Ghost back protector for additional coverage.

Inside, a fixed poly-cotton and mesh lining adds comfort, while YKK zips are used throughout for dependable everyday performance. A snap-down collar, zipped cuffs with two-point adjustment and a split-opening hem with two-point snap adjustment allow you to tailor the fit. The dropped rear hem provides additional coverage when you're in the riding position.

Storage is taken care of with two large chest patch pockets, two lower pockets and an internal zipped pocket, giving you plenty of space for everyday riding essentials. Antique Merlin-branded metal snaps and a fly hook fastener complete the jacket's distinctive heritage-inspired look.

For added practicality on the bike, the Codsall features a short jacket-to-jean connecting zip and Euro hoop loop connector strap, helping you create a more secure connection between your motorcycle jacket and riding trousers.

Warm, versatile and built for the road, the Merlin Codsall Baffle Riding Jacket is an ideal choice for autumn and winter motorcycle riding, combining cold-weather insulation, CE AA protection and casual styling in one jacket.
